For the recipes below: add the listed essential oils into a roller bottle first, then fill to the top with your carrier oil of choice (I like sweet almond oil). Unless otherwise noted, the recipes should be blended in a 10-ml roller bottle. Using 15 to 20 drops of essential oil in a 10-ml bottle is approximately an 8 to 10% dilution rate.

Deep Tissue
5 drops each: Copaiba, Lemongrass, PanAway, Peppermint
Apply on location 3-6 times daily.
Female Balance
5 drops each: Copaiba, Valor
10 drops: Dragon Time
Roll on lower back, abdomen, feet 2-3 times daily.
May cause sun sensitivity at site of application.
Full Belly
5 drops each: DiGize, Peppermint
Apply to abdomen as needed.
Immune Booster
5 drops each: Oregano, Purification, Thieves
Roll on the bottoms of your feet at bedtime.
Lift Me Up
5 drops each: Cedarwood, Orange, Stress Away, Valor
Apply to abdomen or spine.
May cause sun sensitivity at site of application.
Outdoor Safety
5 drops each: Lemongrass, Purification
10 drops: Carrot seed
Apply as needed. Contains SPF and insect repellent.
Sweet Dreams
5 drops each: Cedarwood, Lavender, Orange
Roll on the bottoms of your feet at bedtime
May cause sun sensitivity at site of application.
Unicorn Mane (spray bottle)
5 drops each: Cedarwood, Lavender, Rosemary
Add essential oils to a small spray bottle (increase number of drops depending on bottle size)
Mix in 1:1 ratio of Witch Hazel (unscented, alcohol-free) and distilled water.
Spray on scalp and massage for 2 minutes.

Thieves Laundry Detergent: Stretch your buck
To double your Thieves Laundry Detergent pour half of the bottle into a second Thieves container, add 3 caps of Thieves Household Cleaner, fill the rest of the way with distilled water.
