Is this you? "Woah, woah, woah. I have to become a member? What does that mean?! I don't want to sell anything!!"
Keep calm and read on!
For those of you wondering what it means to "Become a member," I'm guessing that you're thinking, "I don't want to be a member because I'm not interested in selling Young Living products!"? Hold on! Let me explain: becoming a wholesale member does not mean you are required to sell anything, nor does it mean that you are signing up for the business opportunity!
Simply stated: becoming a wholesale member is a similar concept to a Sam's Club or Costco membership. As a Sam's Club or Costco member, you pay an annual fee in order to shop in that store. Except in this case, the "annual fee" is not really a fee at all. You just need to buy a starter kit (in a range of prices starting at $25, depending on what you choose). Then, you need to spend $50 in a calendar year to maintain your status as a wholesale member. Check out the details on Young Living's website to learn about the benefits of becoming a wholesale member. My favorite is the 24% discount on products!
If you are interested in the business opportunity, becoming a member is all you need to do. Please let me know if you're even slightly interested, or possibly interested for in the future but perhaps this isn't the right timing for you, because I can help you navigate through the overwhelming plethora of resources out there (e.g., their compensation plan). If you have the barest glimmer of interest in the business opportunity, please do me a favor and at least check out their Income Disclosure.
